En El Michoacáno , Nacho está recaudando dinero de las drogas mientras Héctor lee un periódico cercano. Krazy-8 llega para entregar sus devoluciones, pero Nacho descubre que se ha quedado corto. Inicialmente permite que Krazy-8 se vaya, pero ante la insistencia de Héctor, arrastra a Krazy-8 a la parte trasera del restaurante y lo golpea. Esa noche, mientras trabajaba en la tapicería de su padre , Nacho siente punzadas de culpa y se lastima con una máquina de coser.























Acto I

Kim presenta su alegato final ante el colegio de abogados, argumentando que Jimmy ha hecho buenas contribuciones a la sociedad a través de su práctica legal para adultos mayores. Ella argumenta además que las acciones de Jimmy fueron causadas por la persecución pasada de Chuck . Mientras tanto, Rebecca toma un taxi a la casa de Chuck , pero Chuck, devastado por el resultado de su plan contra Jimmy, no abre la puerta. El colegio de abogados del estado decide suspender la licencia de abogado de Jimmy por un año.

Mientras Jimmy y Kim celebran el veredicto en Wexler McGill , Rebecca pasa por la oficina y les dice que pasó una hora tratando de hablar con Chuck. Rebecca le ruega a Jimmy que haga las paces con Chuck, razonando que tiene una enfermedad mental y es vulnerable, pero Jimmy le dice que ya no lo considera su hermano. Rebecca se da cuenta de que Jimmy nunca la llevó a Albuquerque para ayudar a Chuck como decía, y amargamente le dice que Chuck tenía razón todo el tiempo.
Acto II
Mike acompaña a Stacey a un grupo de apoyo, donde habla sobre cómo ella y Kaylee están lidiando con la muerte de Matt . Afuera, Stacey le dice a Mike que lo ha ofrecido como voluntario para ayudar a construir un patio de recreo, contando una historia que Matt le contó sobre ayudar a Mike a verter concreto para su garaje. Mientras tanto, Chuck, a regañadientes, deja entrar a Howard en la casa. Con un whisky escocés Macallan de 35 años, Howard intenta disuadir a Chuck de seguir peleando con Jimmy, diciéndole que el esfuerzo estaría mejor invertido en el futuro. Chuck aparentemente está de acuerdo. Después de despedir a Howard, Chuck quita la batería de su grabadora y se obliga a sostenerla.

Jimmy y Francesca llaman a todos sus clientes para informarles de su "año sabático". Para su última llamada, Jimmy contacta a un cliente que lo reconoce de su comercial " Fifi ". Al recordar que no puede transmitir nuevos comerciales mientras está suspendido, Jimmy se apresura a comunicarse con una estación de televisión local para sacarlo del aire. Debido a que canceló el contrato de su estación antes de tiempo, Jimmy se ha quedado sin $4,000. Ahora que Jimmy está suspendido, Kim considera cerrar la oficina y dejar ir a Francesca. Jimmy se niega a hacerlo, pero sabe que necesita encontrar una nueva fuente de ingresos para pagar los gastos de WM mientras no pueda ejercer la abogacía.

Acto III
Jimmy se acerca a los dueños de una tienda de alfombras y les propone filmar un comercial para su negocio con un presupuesto bajo y transmitir de forma gratuita. Los propietarios consideran brevemente la oferta, pero se resisten cuando Jimmy explica que tiene que filmar el comercial de inmediato. Cuando Jimmy le informa la noticia al equipo de filmación de Joey , se siente inspirado después de que el maquillador le sugiera que filme un comercial para él. Jimmy y el equipo de filmación conducen a la estación de televisión para filmar un anuncio improvisado frente a antenas y antenas parabólicas cercanas. No dispuesto a pasar de "Jimmy el abogado" a "Jimmy el vendedor comercial", abre la cartera de maquillaje del artista y exclama que va a "Karloff esto".

En la granja de pollos Los Pollos Hermanos , llega un camión para dejar los suministros del restaurante, después de lo cual Víctor y Tyrus recuperan varias bolsas de drogas de un fondo falso en el camión. Nacho y Arturo están allí para recoger algunas de las bolsas, pero Nacho se mueve para recoger seis en lugar de cinco, lo que hace que Víctor le apunte con un arma. Acto IV
Con una manta espacial, Chuck camina hacia el centro de Albuquerque y lucha por abrirse camino a través del distrito comercial brillantemente iluminado. Encuentra un teléfono público e intenta comunicarse con el Dr. Cruz , pero le dicen que deje un mensaje.

De vuelta en El Michoacáno, Nacho le cuenta a Héctor sobre su encuentro con los hombres de Gus. Mientras Arturo atiende una llamada telefónica afuera, Héctor le dice a Nacho que quiere usar la tapicería de su padre como un nuevo negocio de fachada; Nacho se resiste y le dice a Héctor que su padre no está involucrado en el tráfico de drogas. Arturo le dice a Héctor que Tuco atacó a otro recluso ya un guardia en la prisión y terminó en aislamiento. La ira de Héctor desencadena un ataque de tos, pero se recupera después de que Arturo le dé pastillas. Nacho ve una pastilla que cayó al suelo y la oculta con el pie.
