En una secuencia de apertura prolongada, una hormiga encuentra y se sube encima del cono de helado caído de Jimmy . El cono pronto es invadido y consumido por una colonia entera de hormigas en la acera de la ciudad.

Acto I
Mientras tanto, Nacho y Blingy llevan a Jimmy a un garaje donde Lalo está reparando su auto . Lalo saluda calurosamente a un Jimmy temeroso y dice que está impresionado con la forma en que Jimmy usó sus habilidades de comunicación para disuadir a Tuco de matar a los patinadores unos años antes . Lalo le dice a Jimmy que quiere que le lleve un mensaje a Krazy-8 dentro del Centro de Detención Metropolitano, que estaría protegido por el privilegio abogado-cliente. Jimmy trata de disuadirse del trabajo impuesto mencionando tarifas más altas, pero Lalo le entrega la tarifa exigida en efectivo en el acto.

En el bar donde él y Werner se compadecieron, Mike se está bebiendo varios tragos. El cantinero, preocupado, se ofrece a llamar a Mike un taxi para que no conduzca borracho a casa. Cuando Mike entrega sus llaves, se da cuenta de la fotografía de la Ópera de Sydney en la pared detrás del mostrador y exige que se retire la imagen, recordando lo que dijo Werner sobre su padre trabajando en el proyecto. Mientras Mike camina a casa, pasa junto a una pandilla de jóvenes que intentan asaltarlo. Uno de ellos ataca a Mike, pero rápidamente arroja al pandillero al suelo y le rompe el brazo, asustando a los demás para que retrocedan.

Acto II
Jimmy regresa al departamento de Kim y encuentra a Kim esperándolo en su balcón. Kim está en un estado de ánimo de celebración, ya que su agenda al día siguiente está repleta de casos pro bono en lugar de trabajo para Mesa Verde . Cuando Kim pregunta cómo fue el día de Jimmy, él responde evasivamente que conoció a "algunas personas interesantes" y tuvo algunos "altibajos", pero insiste en que tuvo su mejor día en términos de ingresos. Kim parece darse cuenta de que Jimmy no le está diciendo toda la verdad, pero no lo confronta.

Al día siguiente, Nacho está en casa viendo la televisión con dos de sus novias yonquis, una de las cuales está desarmando sus pertenencias para limpiarlas; Nacho la aplaca dándole un rompecabezas para que lo resuelva. En ese momento, Nacho recibe una visita inesperada de su padre Manuel , a quien invita a entrar. Mientras toman un café, Manuel le dice a Nacho que rechazó una oferta para comprar su tienda de tapicería y expresa su sospecha de que Nacho estaba detrás de la oferta. Manuel le dice a la fuerza a Nacho que no huirá de la ciudad como Nacho quiere hacer, y que la única forma de que Nacho enfrente sus problemas es entregarse a la policía.

En el juzgado , el asistente de Kim, Stef , entra en la sala del tribunal para decirle que ha surgido un asunto urgente, pero Kim da prioridad a su presente caso pro bono . El juez falla en contra de la moción de Kim de desestimar el caso; fuera de la sala del tribunal, Kim asegura al acusado y a su familia que tienen buenas posibilidades de ganar el juicio. Stef se acerca a Kim nuevamente y le dice que Rich quiere hablar con ella con urgencia. Rich le dice a Kim que Kevin la quiere en Tucumcari para resolver una disputa de tierras y la amonesta por ignorar su trabajo en Mesa Verde para enfocarse en sus casos pro bono . Él exige que despeje el resto de su agenda y vaya a Tucumcari; Kim acepta a regañadientes.

En el MDC, Jimmy está en una sala de entrevistas cuando le presentan un Krazy-8 encadenado. Krazy-8 inicialmente está perplejo porque nunca contrató a Jimmy, aunque su comportamiento cambia cuando Jimmy revela que Lalo lo contrató. Krazy-8 insiste en que no ha dicho nada que incrimine a la policía sobre el origen de las drogas. Jimmy le pregunta si es bueno memorizando información y le entrega un bloc de notas con un guión escrito.

Acto III
Mientras Jimmy se sienta al otro lado de la calle del MDC, llega un coche de policía sin identificación con los agentes de la DEA Hank Schrader y Steven Gomez .. Cuando ingresan a la cárcel y dejan sus armas en una sala de detención, Hank y Gomez entablan una conversación sobre alimentos vencidos. Entran en la sala de entrevistas y se encuentran con Krazy-8, quien ha expresado su voluntad de hablar. Siguiendo el guión de Jimmy y Lalo, Krazy-8 brinda a los agentes detalles sobre los procedimientos de tráfico de drogas y dónde se puede encontrar el dinero oculto de las drogas. Haciendo su parte en la farsa, Jimmy entra ruidosamente en la habitación y finge tener un desacuerdo con su cliente sobre compartir información con la policía. Hank inmediatamente ve a través de la personalidad de "Saul Goodman" de Jimmy, y él y Gomez sospechan de la actuación exagerada. Cuando los agentes intentan salir de la habitación, Jimmy les dice que la información de Krazy-8 dará resultados; Hank insiste en que tiene que conducir a más arrestos. Jimmy exige protección para su cliente como informante confidencial. De acuerdo con eso, Krazy-8 continúa compartiendo las ubicaciones exactas de tres gotas muertas.

Acto IV
Kim llega a Tucumcari y se encuentra con Paige en un terreno baldío que solía ser un barrio residencial, donde solo queda una casa en pie. El propietario, Everett Acker, se niega obstinadamente a vender su terreno, en el que Mesa Verde planea construir un centro de llamadas. Al reunirse con Acker fuera de su casa, Kim describe pragmáticamente la situación: que Acker simplemente arrendó el terreno, pero no lo compró, pero también trata de empatizar con su punto de vista. Ella le informa a Acker que Mesa Verde ha recaudado la suma acordada contractualmente para comprarlo. Acker rechaza rotundamente la nueva oferta, descartando sus propuestas como un simple movimiento táctico de Mesa Verde e insistiendo en que nadie logrará que abandone su propiedad. Cuando Acker llama a Kim por motivos morales, ella acepta con enojo la oferta de Mesa Verde y le dice que se ciña a la ley como sus antiguos vecinos, que vendieron sus casas. Aunque Paige cree que Kim ha puesto fin a la disputa, Kim no está contenta con la situación.

Jimmy y Nacho se encuentran con Lalo en un camino de tierra en las afueras de Albuquerque., donde Lalo da vueltas en su auto. Jimmy le informa a Lalo que su plan ha funcionado y que la DEA ahora está enfocada en enfrentarse a un cartel competidor. También le informa a Lalo que Krazy-8 ahora es un informante confidencial de la DEA, lo que significa que puede darle a Lalo información privilegiada sobre las actividades de la agencia. Con su tarea para Lalo ahora terminada, Jimmy intenta sin éxito hablar para salir de cualquier trabajo adicional del cartel y le dice a Lalo que no tiene tiempo en su agenda para lo que sea que Lalo quiera. Lalo simplemente responde: "Harás tiempo". Mientras Lalo se aleja a toda velocidad, Jimmy le pregunta a Nacho en qué se ha metido. Nacho le dice que no quiere saber y que no hay vuelta atrás para él, afirmando que "cuando estás dentro, estás dentro". Nacho deja a Jimmy afuera del juzgado,

Acto V
Al anochecer, Kim regresa de Tucumcari mientras Stef la actualiza por teléfono sobre sus casos pro bono . Incómoda con su encuentro con Acker, decide dar la vuelta y conducir de regreso a Tucumcari, llegando a la casa de Acker después del anochecer. Usando una tabla de madera para acceder a la propiedad de Acker, Kim lo convence de que vuelva a hablar con ella. Kim le dice a Acker que ha visitado una oficina de bienes raíces y ha encontrado algunas casas en su rango de precios que le pueden gustar, incluso se ofrece a ayudarlo a mudarse de su propio bolsillo. Kim se ve obligada a admitir que no sabe cómo se siente Acker, ya que nunca ha sido propietaria de una casa. Ella le cuenta además sobre su infancia, durante la cual su madremuchas veces no podía pagar el alquiler y obligaba a la familia a mudarse de un lugar a otro. Acker acusa a Kim de inventar su historia para convencerlo de que venda su tierra y regresa a su casa.














En un lugar de reunión junto a una subestación eléctrica, Nacho les dice a Gus y Tyrus que Krazy-8 ahora es un informante de la DEA. Nacho oculta los nombres de Hank y Gomez, ya que están en manos de Jimmy. Tyrus saca su teléfono y prepara una llamada para cerrar los puntos muertos, pero Gus y Nacho le impiden pasar, y Nacho razona que Lalo sabrá que alguien habló si la DEA no encuentra el dinero en los puntos muertos.

Kim regresa a su apartamento y se une a Jimmy en su balcón. Frustrada por los eventos del día, comienza a desahogarse arrojando botellas de cerveza de vidrio al patio de abajo. Sin decir una palabra, Jimmy la copia haciendo lo mismo.

Trivialidades.

Este episodio es la segunda colaboración del director Michael Morris  y la escritora Ann Cherkis en Better Call Saul . Anteriormente trabajaron juntos en el  episodio de la temporada 4  " Quite a Ride ".
Este episodio marca la primera aparición cronológica de Hank Schrader y Steven Gomez , quienes aparecieron por primera vez en " Pilot " de Breaking Bad .
A partir de este episodio, al conocer a Lalo , Jimmy ha conocido a todos los personajes principales de Better Call Saul .
Domingo es cuidadosamente examinado por Hank y Steven (antes del interrogatorio) de la misma manera intimidatoria como "Detector de mentiras" como lo fue una vez por Tuco y Nacho en " Guantes sin guantes ". Además, Hank está sentado exactamente en el mismo lado de la mesa y mirando a Krazy-8 con la misma mirada sospechosa que Tuco había hecho anteriormente.
Este episodio muestra el comienzo del trabajo de Krazy-8 como soplón de la DEA, que condujo al arresto de la operación de Jesse Pinkman y Emilio Koyama en " Piloto " y revela que se inició a instancias de Lalo. La discusión entre Lalo, Jimmy y Nacho indica que al menos parte de su trabajo posterior como soplón también fue a instancias de Lalo.
Los problemas anteriores de Jimmy con Nacho en " Nacho " se mencionan durante su conversación con Lalo, así como su encuentro con Tuco en " Mijo ".
Cuando vemos a Lalo por primera vez en este episodio, está trabajando en un auto cantando "Al Compás De Mi Caballo" de Los Imperials. Esta era la misma canción que sonaba cuando debutó en " Coushatta ".
En la sala de estar de la casa de Nacho hay un tablero de dibujos animados gigante que representa un automóvil a toda velocidad con una gran onomatopeya "Vroooom". Este cuadro recuerda la huida de Jesse al final de Breaking Bad y representa la intención de Nacho de huir.
